At usedtransfercase.store, we strive to make your ordering and delivery process as smooth and dependable as possible. We encourage you to review our shipping guidelines and approval requirements before completing your purchase.

✔️ Part Confirmation & Order Approval

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our certified team will inspect the part to verify its condition, availability, and shipping readiness.

We will provide you with actual photos of the part after it has been removed from the donor vehicle.

You’ll have up to 2 business days to review the images and provide your approval.

Important: The image approval window remains open for a total of 7 business days from the date of your order.

After we receive your approval, your part will be carefully packaged and shipped within 5 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking Details

Your tracking number and shipping details will be sent to your email within 2 business days of your order leaving our facility.

 

📦 Shipping Guidelines

Small items , such as sensors or modules, will be shipped directly to the billing address provided at the time of purchase.

Larger parts, including engines and transmissions, must be delivered to a verified commercial address.

To schedule delivery for large components, please provide the following:

  • Full business name and shipping address

  • Contact information for the designated recipient (name, phone number, and email)

  • Authorization for us to coordinate with your on-site contact if necessary

⚠️ Important: If special unloading equipment, such as a forklift, is required at the delivery site, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for it or cover any additional unloading fees.

📦 Upon Delivery

Be sure to carefully inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.

If you spot any visible damage, clearly note the details on the delivery receipt before signing and keep a copy for your records.

If the part appears to be damaged, do not discard the original packaging , as it will be necessary to file a shipping damage claim.
