🚫 Important Return Conditions
Labor Costs: Please note that we do not cover labor charges for the installation, removal, or testing of any parts purchased from us.
Return Eligibility: Items that have been modified, opened, or show signs of tampering are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Part Verification: To be accepted for return, the part must exactly match the item originally shipped to you. Every part we send is marked for identification. Returns will be declined if these markings are missing, altered, or if the item’s condition has changed — unless shipping damage is verified by our team.
Submitting a Claim: All return requests or product concerns must be submitted in writing, either by email or postal mail, to ensure proper record-keeping and efficient handling of your claim.
🚚 Damaged or Defective Parts
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your delivery by calling +1 (407) 589-5750 or visiting usedtransfercase.store to report the problem.
If your package arrives with visible damage, you have the right to refuse delivery. Should that happen, please notify us immediately so we can provide further instructions.
Important: Do not send any items back without first receiving a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team. Any returns submitted without prior authorization will be declined.
🔄 How to Return a Part
After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you must ship the part back within 7 business days and provide a valid tracking number for the return.
Please make sure the item is sent to the exact return address provided in your RMA instructions. Returns sent to any other location may be rejected.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💰 Refunds & Replacements
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your preferred resolution either a refund to your original payment method or shipment of a replacement part. Once approved, all returns are forwarded to our Accounting Team for swift handling.
📦 Restocking & Cancellation Fees
If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery or the customer does not respond to delivery attempts, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, in addition to all shipping charges incurred for both the original and return shipment.
For orders canceled after processing that do not involve a replacement request, we reserve the right to withhold a 25% restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping costs from the final refund.
